Not only did this place have my dream car, it also had the best discount. I had spent days on the web and looking up local places looking at cars, and they had the one I wanted with a upgrade that didn’t cost me much because of hail damage that you could not even really see. I am so happy for my new car that I got everything and more that can take me to base to base that is safe with space for my kiddos. David Wilson was the most patience, and warm smile made me feel right at home. He spent the perfect amount of time with me, not too much, but enough to really get straight to the dirty details and work numbers type. Shawn Sancil and James Lee were also exceeding helpful with me as well. I got help with a better load than the one I had gotten with USAA. Also, a much better warranty for cheaper. Furthermore, this deal being the cheaper route as well as the upgrade it was the best value I could have imagine. I would highly recommend this place. They even tried to feed me and kept asking if I wanted something to drink, granted I didn’t take anything because I didn’t want anything. This place is going to be one I will come back for my second vehicle, and taking everyone I know. Amazing customer service. More

When I went to test drive I explained up front that I would not be buying that day and he was not pushy, he just said "no worries, which ones do you want to drive today?" I am also fairly young and at no point was he skeptical that I was just out for a joy ride. Even when I was flooring it on the highway he understood that I was just weighing the vehicle's capabilities as a high altitude/steep grade machine. He worked with me on price and got me to a place I was comfortable, and then handled all the rebates with no work on my part. I also met briefly with the service guys when I bought the truck because I wanted to know about documenting my own oil changes for warranty purposes, and they were very cool and explained a bunch of stuff very straightforwardly and talked a bit of shop about how cool these new trucks are. Great experience overall! More

Amazing salesman! Went in because I was upside down on a loan from another dealer. I was just looking at a cheap used car and he was able to work for me to get into a n Went in because I was upside down on a loan from another dealer. Found the perfect truck I came in to look at trucks and I saw few that were a little above my price range,but I still looked and took them for a test drive. Sherry was very professional and tried to work out some numbers but it just wasn’t close enough. I left and went and drove a few other trucks. Sherry called me while I was at another dealership and said she worked out a deal on one of the tucks. I went back to Phil Long Ford and test drove the most beautiful truck. I then purchased it because Sherry went above and beyond to get me into this truck. I would recommend Phil Long to any of my friends. Thank you again Sherry. More

Sometimes you can't afford a new car BUT.. I was looking for a used car for my granddaughter for her first year of college. I couldn't afford to spend a lot of money for a vehicle, but Phil Lo I was looking for a used car for my granddaughter for her first year of college. I couldn't afford to spend a lot of money for a vehicle, but Phil Long Ford helped me find the PERFECT car for her. The general manager, Robert McMann asked Derrick Brown to take us around the lot to see what choices there were for us. He also asked Derrick to specifically show us all the used vehicles that came in over the weekend as trade-ins. Derrick showed us several vehicles. We ended up with a VERY NICE 2009 Honda Civic that had JUST been traded in the day before. Its a beautiful Royal Blue and they had the service department look it over and clean it up for us. It looks like a BRAND NEW CAR! My granddaughter is THRILLED. Thank you Phil Long Ford. More
