After speaking to Alice and Jillian who kept in constant contact with me in regard to my pre-visit questions I drove three hours to see the 2015 MKX (waited patiently/impatiently to know if it sold the night before). Both ladies did a fantastic job With customer service. I’m in sales and understand the value of having someone answer your questions at the time the questions are being asked. The car was as clean as the pictures and drove like a dream! Greg and I spent a lot of time talking about the car during my test drive benefits of ownership in regard to the CPO warranty and when it came time to do the deal both he and Doug made every effort to have a stress free purchase. The whole team treated me great! They even delivered my car to me two days later and three hours away! My suggestion is if you are looking for a certified preowned car, know they did their homework on the car before bringing it to the dealership and putting their name on it! So, if you are thinking you want to look around for something better you may lose out on the car you want!! My car kicks butt and I love it! I will definitely be calling the dealership back when it’s time to buy another Lincoln!!! I am a Lincoln owner for life! I knew wh I was looking to trade in my 08 Cadillac SRX, I have always bought "Executive type used cars" and had been a Cadillac client for 30+ years. I knew what I wanted in a car plus what I was willing to spend. I was not locked into any particular brand at this time. Herb Chambers was one of many dealers I had stopped at and explained exactly what I was looking for and explained I was a serious buyer and ready at any time. I got a few call backs from dealers but the only one that that continued calling back with real options was Kelly Malone. Kelly showed me three choices in my price range, explained the options, got me a reasonable trade in on my SRX and made the sale. I did had a problem with the lack of a particular option, which to me should have been standard and based on my volunteer work, I needed. I got initial assistance from Jeremy Hayes, sales manager whom Kelly brought into the discussion. Kelly, got it solved, worked not only with me by constantly staying in touch, but also with Lincoln for weeks to make sure I got what I needed. That is what I call personal service. I must also commend Jim Lewis, Business Manager for taking the time explaining plus his advice about the options withrespect to Lincoln's additional warranty programs and how they work as I have always purchased this option with all my Cadillacs. Since I have been in for some intial sevice I have had nothing but a very comfortable feeling dealing with Sonny Furtado, service advisor, he is ready and seems like he is waiting for me plus willing to answer any questions I have, very patient. Do to my, I am semi retired, business background as a V.P. and Sales manager for a National Adv. Agency with reps all over the country I know how important it is for a company to be able to hear good things about their employees not just the complaints.
