Comfortable waiting area w/coffee and snacks; service people who are upfront with costs and options. Appt time was what I wanted and they took as long as they said they would to put new shoes on my 3024 people who are upfront with costs and options. We’ve been taking our cars to Dover Honda for more than 20 years. While we can find lower priced services elsewhere, the team at Dover Honda has always worked with us and the comfort of knowing the work is 20 years. While we can find lower priced services elsewhere, the team at Dover Honda has always worked with us and the comfort of knowing the work is done right the first time outweighs any slight savings that may come from going someplace else. For the past few years we’ve had the pleasure to regularly work with James McIntyre - knowledgeable, highly professional, and somebody who truly looks out for the customers interests. James consistently takes the time to explain and walkthrough the work as well as provide alternatives when they’re available and make sense. For us, James is Dover Honda service. Whether it’s my car, my wife’s or my father’s he’s the first we call without thinking of another shop. Overall, I’d recommend Dover Honda and if you go, ask for James. He truly wants to help. More

Unhappy with the service I received on 9/18. I scheduled an appointment for my cabin air filter to be replaced, but my primary concern that I requested be looked at was a sound from my tire. I d I scheduled an appointment for my cabin air filter to be replaced, but my primary concern that I requested be looked at was a sound from my tire. I dropped it off at 8am, and received a voicemail 20 mins later that the filter was done but that they couldn’t hear the problem. I didn’t receive the voicemail until 3:45 because of work, but nothing was done. When I called, Michael didn’t care that I had left my car there all day and would potentially have to bring it back. My boyfriend went down around 5pm to talk to someone, and thankfully he spoke to Bill, the service manager. It was a simple issue that took all of 15 mins to fix, which should have been done earlier. I’m glad it was fixed, but not happy with the lack of care. More
