We had a great experience buying our used car with our salesman James Menzies. In the past, I have hated buying cars through dealerships and would much rather have a tooth pulled without anesthesia. The salesmen usually seem to only care about one thing: getting the most money out of you. It never felt like that dealing with James. He said that they do not work on commissions, and it felt like that through the whole process. It seemed as if his goal was to find us the right car and that he was more interested in providing great service so that we would want to recommend him to our friends. That's exactly what we are going to do. It's a smart business model, and one I would like to encourage. More

We bought a car from Don Mealy Subaru Sport (North) approximately 6 months ago. The internet sales person did a good job finding the car we wanted, but her follow-thru was lacking. Everyone I dealt with from my initial inquiry, thru Sales, then Financing, and finally Management, was exceedingly friendly, helpful, and made me feel like they had my best interest in mind.
