James was excellent during our ordering, delivery, and instruction of our new vehicle. The wait time was well worth it, and because of his constant communications we felt very comfortable during the pro instruction of our new vehicle. They ran my credit multiple times without approval. Only one time they were given permission. They have horrible customer service . Manager won’t take any ownership of the matter. We told them what our qualifications were and never came back and said they can match them prior to running our credit. This process dragged on for four days. They are the worst. The sales representative literally said “ I don’t care because I don’t get commission”. That’s never reassuring! My husband grew up a with a stepdad who owned a car dealership and he had never seen such ab atrocious mismanagement and handling of car dealership! They didn’t need to sell us but somehow they bumbled the transaction! More
