This dealership provided an exceptional experience. My first encounter was with James Menzies and he was able to hold the vehicle I wanted while it was in transit to the dealership itself, while I was sel first encounter was with James Menzies and he was able to hold the vehicle I wanted while it was in transit to the dealership itself, while I was selling mine to Carvana. I had to wait two days for the money to clear and he followed up daily and assured me when the vehicle arrived and that they would absolutely hold it for me. Due to my work schedule I had to push the pick up day one more day, and once again James was right there no hesitation to say not a problem and to see me the next day. When we arrived we were greated very kindly by James and he took us to the vehicle which was ready under a personal tent! He made sure all items included in the package were in the vehicle. We took it for a test drive and we sat down and got all basic paperwork started. James then introduced us to Frisby to finilize the sale. Frisby was so helpful, honest, and patient while we discussed options. He also went above and beyond trying to get me the best deal and finding out and telling us information on canceling the old extended contract for the other vehicle. Even printing up the amount I should receive. I appreciate you all for getting me into my new 2021 wrx! I absolutely love it! James also followed up and left a kind voicemail checking in on how the vehicle was driving and that we made it home ok, knowing it was a far drive for us. Salem from the finance department was also an absolute joy to work with, his "spilled" coffee joke broke the ice and was hilarious!
