James has been with both RBM of Atlanta and Mercedes-Benz for 7 years. Mercedes-Benz Master Certified in Service. James is married to Christy and they just had a little girl on August 26th, Caitlynn Lane. They live in Dallas. GA along with their 2 dogs, Maddi and Molly a Siberian husky and a German shepherd, and 2 cats, George and Peaches. James was born in New Jersey but only lived there for the first 6 months of his life. His father was in the military so they moved a lot, up and down the east coast as well as living in Germany for 4 years. He really enjoys just about any type of vehicle, especially the classics, particularly vintage Mercedes and Volkswagen.

I bought my car from RBM of Atlanta and have been somewhat satisfied with their service department. For the past year or two however, I have been working exclusively with James Roberts and the exper somewhat satisfied with their service department. For the past year or two however, I have been working exclusively with James Roberts and the experience has gone from satisfied to exceptional. He is extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. When I need to have my car serviced he updates me frequently and goes the distance to find a solution. I recently had a problem with the MBrace system, and James sat with me through the whole process of re-registering my car. Having a car serviced is never a fun thing to do, but James Roberts always makes it a positive experience. More

This dealership "gets" customer service all the way from the sales to the service department. I have purchased 5 vehicles from RBM and have been overjoyed with each. Just one of my experiences oc way from the sales to the service department. I have purchased 5 vehicles from RBM and have been overjoyed with each. Just one of my experiences occurred the day before a holiday and my car needed work before travel the following day, the dealership was swamped, booked several days out however the service manager quickly went into action and had my car in a bay within the hour. My technician, James Roberts was outstanding performing all the work quickly, I drove away within a couple hours on a day where any other dealership would have just said sorry, we are booked, RBM came to my rescue. I could not be happier with RBM and in particular my sales rep, Eric Koenigsburg, the service manager, Pam and my technician James Roberts. They all understand taking care of a customer, I'm sure the balance of employees at RBM deliver the same level of service I've experienced. If you get a chance, buy from RBM, it'll be the best car ownership experience you'll ever have. More

I used the Quick Service option at RBM of Atlanta for the first time with my new C350. James helped me quickly get a 5,000 mile oil change for by baby as well as order a bike rack and top bars. I enjoy taking my car to RBM because of the overall great customer service. They have a nice waiting area, with great amenities, that making waiting quite easy. RBM of Atlanta is by far the best dealership I have ever visited. I have frequented other Mercedes Dealerships in the past; however, none of which even half-way compared to RBM of Atlanta.The whole experien visited.
