We have purchased and service with Acura Columbus for approximately 10 yrs however this is the first time buying a brand new vehicle. I was nervous as the technology in the 2021 RDX was so advanced vs th approximately 10 yrs however this is the first time buying a brand new vehicle. I was nervous as the technology in the 2021 RDX was so advanced vs the 2013 I have been driving. The process from start to finish (including education to manage the technology) was seamless. I brought home my new RDX yesterday and thanks to salesman/educator Mike Shay I am driving today. Love the attention to detail this dealership provides, in every aspect from sales to finance to service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! More

Acura of Columbus ignored my request! I purchased a 2018 MDX in March, not at Acura of Columbus, and had a minor warranty issue which they promptly took care of, everything was great. A couple months later MDX in March, not at Acura of Columbus, and had a minor warranty issue which they promptly took care of, everything was great. A couple months later I had the paint corrected and the vehicle ceramic coated. I contacted Acura of Columbus and had them put a note that I did not want them to do a courtesy wash anytime my car was serviced there. Last week I had brakes/rotors done, everything was great they picked my car up, did the repairs and returned it. Later when I got in to drive I notice the magnets I had next to the license plate were sitting on my passages seat. They washed my car.. now most folks wouldn’t care, but I am very particular, I know car washes do tons of damage to your vehicle’s paint! Today I washed my car like I do almost daily and notice tons of scratches and swirl marks all over the sides! I called Acura and spoke to Todd and he confirmed there in fact was a note to not wash my car but that apparently was ignored! I advised the rep of the damage, he advised that it was not possible. Not that Acura of Columbus cares, but I will not be back and I will make sure to spread the word of how they handle customers and their requests. Love the brand, but the customer service they like to boast about is subpar! More

I called first thing Monday AM. Had my vehicle at the dealer by 10 AM and picked it up at 2:30. I asked for a discount to service my front brakes and was very happy with my price and results.
