Over charge for literally everything Yet again the service advisor printed my invoice showing I had to pay for oil change when I have the maintenance package and had to correct it. My VTC actuator has issues and I have it on video yet they still want me to pay a diagnosis fee. I asked the advisor to ask their manager to please contact Acura to see if they would provide goodwill assistance and I was told to contact Acura even though it was a weekend and Monday was Labor Day so they wouldn't be open til Tuesday. The best decision I made buying the car was getting the extended warranty as I can have it fixed at a different place for 1/6 the cost that the dealership is trying to charge me. I love Acura cars (this is my 3rd) and once I have to get another car it will then likely be another Acura but the odds of me purchasing it at Acura columbus decrease every time I come in for service. The only way I would buy here again is if the price is better than other places. And even if I do purchase there again there is a 0% chance I would buy the maintenance package. Also the last 2 times I came in they wanted to charge me $100 for brake fluid flush and there last 2 times it was listed twice and cost of $200. I had it done elsewhere and this time they still had it listed. I asked if they even checked the brake fluid and the exact quote was, " yes, but that doesn't mean anything" (Todd Skidmore)and he just went on to the next topic. I'm still baffled as to what that means. I would love to get an explanation on the brake fluid but for some reason I have a feeling that isn't going to happen. The only reason I come here for oil changes is that I feel I was duped into buying the maintenance package as it was presented that it would cover more than oil changes and tire rotations. It's nice that they give me a full analysis so I can go elsewhere and get the other work done. Also this visit I left and I noticed all of my tires were over inflated (40psi when the recommended is 33psi) More

Always a great experience I have bought 3 vehicles now from Acura of Columbus (Ohio) and have always had great experiences. I recently bought a new (loaner vehicle) MDX and ca I have bought 3 vehicles now from Acura of Columbus (Ohio) and have always had great experiences. I recently bought a new (loaner vehicle) MDX and can't say enough about the team there. They are always low pressure, test drives are with or without the salesman, and are always willing to make a good deal even better. Adam Bine, Adam Hannah (both in sales), and Ian Quick (Finance) are very personable and again low pressure. I would recommend this dealership to anyone look for a new or used vehicle. Be sure to ask for Jami in the service department as well. She's fantastic. More

They had to order parts, so I kept the loaner over night and my vehicle was ready the next day. Very happy with my service. More

The sales staff were friendly and available (Big plus in my book!). The support people throughout the process were equally well trained and helpful. The service department was asked to be involved for small item and even they were able to exceed all expectations. Even if shopping used cars you owe it to yourself to stop by and let Steve and all the staff show you what they do best. More

I've strayed in recent years as its aged, but thought I'd take her home for routine but precise services. Was really happy to get a friendly *text* vs a phone call -- verifying services and pricing. It's a much less obtrusive way to reach me while at work! A few hours later, I was notified it was done, and I got a link to pay online. After paying, Jami offered to put my key in their magical after-hours drop machine. I arrived after hours to retrieve it, all washed, shiny and ready to run toward 150k. I've never had such an effortless and excellent experience getting a car serviced. More

Service with a smile I was quoted a four-hour wait to put on four new tires. They gave me a loaner car but the job was completed in only two.
