Customer service I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealership and always bring it in for my oil change. One associate who I always work with is so helpful, calm, and just I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealership and always bring it in for my oil change. One associate who I always work with is so helpful, calm, and just great to work with. But I was checked in with another associate and was not pleased. Even though she was not particularly rude to me, she was extremely rude to her co workers and I found it to be uncalled for. If I ever get her again as my customer service rep, I will be sure to take my business somewhere else because I don’t appreciate people who don’t treat their co workers with respect. More

Always a good experience I had taken my RDX in to diagnose a rattle that I was hearing. While in for that service, I had some other needed work done on the car. When the servi I had taken my RDX in to diagnose a rattle that I was hearing. While in for that service, I had some other needed work done on the car. When the service advisor (Jami) was told that parts would be needed (but they were on backorder), she called right away to explain the situation. She was very apologetic for there being a delay in getting the car totally repaired, but the drivability of the car isn't affected and once the parts come in, they will call to reschedule. I'm fine with all this because communication was quick and I know the service advisor did all she could. Even though the car needs to go back when the parts are available, it was still a good experience. More

Thorough and transparent I was amazed at how well they keep you updated as you are waiting. Not only is the waiting area very comfortable, and well stocked, but they also have I was amazed at how well they keep you updated as you are waiting. Not only is the waiting area very comfortable, and well stocked, but they also have television screens that you can watch the garage and carwash. Everything is made to make you comfortable and to be transparent about what's going on. Jami was wonderful and kept me updated at each stage. She was very transparent about everything that was going on. They also did a great job of giving me a plan to follow going forward. More

If the over-the-top performance on my first service visit was simply a one-time attempt at a good first impression, I’d have understood. But I’ve learn this is just how they do it every day. They’ve got a uniquely engaged and pleasant team — Jami, Joyce, Zach & Todd are excellent. More
