Mr. Ribadiya, It is really frustrating when I get a complaint with no name and then I dig to find out what happened and then we email and call you repeatedly and we can not get any response. I discovered that the car was damaged in an accident. I understand that our multi-point inspection had a high amount on it. That is because we gave you every scenario as to what it would take to repair your car. It was not a bill — it was information for you and your insurance company alerting you to the seriousness of the accident and the potential cost if the rack and pinion and cradle needed to be replaced. My understanding is that you paid a $500 deductible for the repairs. To say that you will never recommend us and you rate us -100 is very hurtful. I am sorry we made you feel this way. Jami is an excellent employee and tries her best. Jami said she met your son and does not recall speaking with you. Is that accurate? I hope not since you gave her a terrible review. Is there something I am missing? If there is, please let me know so I can make it up to you. - John Connelly Owner/Acura Columbus
