Dissapointed with the quality of the work Dealer replaced the valve cover on our X3. When I checked the work I realized that they did not put the engine cover stand-offs back in and the engine Dealer replaced the valve cover on our X3. When I checked the work I realized that they did not put the engine cover stand-offs back in and the engine cover was just loose on top of the engine. Had to take it back to have them fix that properly. For a luxury car dealer like BMW and charging top dollar for service, I would expect a better level of care and attention to detail. More
