Avoid this dealership AT ALL COSTS. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in 20 years. The incompetence is primarily due to a service manager named Mike Winter, who They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in 20 years. The incompetence is primarily due to a service manager named Mike Winter, who instead of communicating with customers will instead send you to vociemail for weeks until you have no choice but to come in and demand information. I found out after weeks of waiting that they couldn’t get a wheel lock and hadn’t even worked on my vehicle yet. Then I found out that they discovered 17,000 dollars worth of recall/defect damage and I was forced to pay out of pocket for a rental car. Their service manager in addition to not communicating professionally is also very thin skinned and holds grudges. Beware, if you ask too many questions or demonstrate that you weren’t pleased with any aspect of your service they will ignore your calls and even refuse your business. I just started my career and am getting ready to trade in my 2018 for a new bmw, but the terribly unprofessional conduct by Mike Winter has made me sure that I won’t be trading to bmw and I won’t be purchasing from bmw ever again. All because of a seedy, unprofessional manager named Mike Winter. More

From my first visit with each of them, I immediately experienced everything that I had always loved about my former dealership before their decline. Although I was a first time customer at Catonsville, I was made to feel as valued as if I had been here for decades and I became immediately comfortable. The sales process was smooth and flawless, the service department is expertly and efficiently run, and I do not see myself working with any other dealership than Catonsville, any other sales representative than Benn Edwards, or any other service representative than Jamie Brenneman. How hard is it to replace a BMW windshield? Impossible! After suffering a spider crack that that was not repairable, it took me 3 months after I moved to the DMV to find BMW of Catonsville. Jamie was fast, courteous, kind and was able to get me in for an appointment with a loaner vehicle in a very timely fashion. On top of that, she saved me $1000 on the original quote that I had received from the Sterling dealership bid that was rejected my auto insurance. I had 6 other companies say no to replacing my windshield before finding Jamie. Her bid was accepted by my auto insurance without question. When it came time for my lease end inspection, she arranged to have my car picked up at work due to my long clinic work hours and got the job done while I was working. The entire service department made me feel welcome and they all greeted me with smiles. They definitely understand customer service and how to make customers feel appreciated and valued. Despite the longer drive from DC, they earned a customer for life as long as I stay in the area. She’s a beast in the streets, yet turns heads by how stunning she looks.
