With many thanks and appreciation to Sam today for providing his invaluable assistance with my issue after 2 days of unresponsive voicemails to the Finance Director (I understand there may have been e providing his invaluable assistance with my issue after 2 days of unresponsive voicemails to the Finance Director (I understand there may have been extenuating circumstances for the indifference; however, an acknowledgement would have been welcomed.) My situation had been so very disappointing. My car was there July 15,2022. There is an issue with the turbo. I was told it was bad enough to be fixed under the sulev warranty, however it stoppi My car was there July 15,2022. There is an issue with the turbo. I was told it was bad enough to be fixed under the sulev warranty, however it stopping running 2 days later and on July 20 I was told the engine needed to be replaced. After paying $225 for a diagnostic , 5 days later it another major issue. Not 5 month just 5 days later. I was told if it stopped running or failed emission then bring it back to be fixed. I have emailed and talked to several people and not one of them will answer the question " How does my car have a major engine issue 5 days after having a diagnostic?" Supposedly there is metal in the oil pan. The turbo issue most likely put a strain on engine. More

Jamie Brenneman is my service advisor. Jamie delivered outstanding customer service to myself and my husband on Friday, July 22, 2022. My husband's vehicle had a Safety Recall requiring th Jamie delivered outstanding customer service to myself and my husband on Friday, July 22, 2022. My husband's vehicle had a Safety Recall requiring that we return the vehicle to the dealership immediately. Jamie arranged for us to have a 2022 BMW X5 with M package as a loaner car, while his car undergoes the required repairs. This X5 was identical to the X5 that had special ordered from the dealership in 2019. It was like having my old vehicle back only better. The loaner vehicle is fully loaded with the M package and also the driver assistance professional package, that my husband has in his current BMW. Once again, Jamie provided not only outstanding, but also individualized customer service. She remains an asset to the staff of BMW of Catonsville, as well as the BMW brand. More
