Overall horrible experience and wait time for service completion. Made an appointment over two weeks in advance. For recall issue and a transmission issue. It still took almost two weeks to complete. Then had issues with a loaner vehicle and well as the service director. Never go back again!! More

First Servicing Following Purchase As far as I can tell (at this point) the service was done well and as promptly as one would expect from a reputable dealership. The lady service asso As far as I can tell (at this point) the service was done well and as promptly as one would expect from a reputable dealership. The lady service associate that greeted and assisted us was very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of their courtesy driver service which took us to a local mall while our F-150 was being serviced (very pleasant and prompt driver). Our only complaint is that we had difficulty finding their "express service department" as it is in a different location from their "repair department". There are no signs indicating such and we waited in a long incorrect location (line) until we found out otherwise. More

Still no car................... Kimberly Was told would probably take 2 days. Here we are on day 4, and i still have NO CAR, or any diagnosis yet. On top of that, my so called warranty.. we Was told would probably take 2 days. Here we are on day 4, and i still have NO CAR, or any diagnosis yet. On top of that, my so called warranty.. well they fail to mention you have to pay the diagnostic fee. (Not a small fee)And if there is nothing wrong with the car, you still have to pay that charge. I had my car looked at my another service shop before bringing it to Phil Long Service. In my honest opinion,, i know what is wrong and am just going to see if they state the same thing. Should of stayed at my trusted mechanic. However i have a warranty.. But who knows if Ford will cover it anyway as i was told. We diagnosis it, and then we see if its a covered item. Oh come on. I have the book. They also wanted an extra diagnosis fee just to look at my passenger seat sensor. (Same story.. may or may not be covered.. could be any number of things.. we will charge you a fee to look at it) Unreal.. And still i wait for a referral check for sending someone else to buy a car there. Frustrated on so many levels. More

Airbag recall on a Fusion Hybrid We took in our 2010 Fusion Hybrid in for the airbag recall. They said it would take over a day for our 2010 model. The nice part is they got it done i We took in our 2010 Fusion Hybrid in for the airbag recall. They said it would take over a day for our 2010 model. The nice part is they got it done in one day. That was good but when I picked up the car I found damage on the console between the front seats. There were dings and pits where there were none before. The leather seats seem to be undamaged. The man at the desk didn't tell us his name or have any business cards so I don't know who we were working with. More
