My dealer experience I came into the dealership having already decided to buy a Prius and how much i was willing to pay. Jamie met me outside the door & showed me the various Prius models. We did a test drive while Jamie explained the various features of the car. I was impressed by the improvements in the car since 2015, when I last took a test drive. Jamie was very knowledgeable. Once I'd decided which model to buy, Jamie took it from there. I didn't have to endure the usual dealership dance. The financing guy was also thorough and knowledgeable. It was a completely relaxing, easy process. More

Totally stress free rewarding car buying experience I am accustomed to purchasing a new vehicle every 2 to 3 years. I or anybody I know would probably never classify car buying as a pleasant experience. I am accustomed to purchasing a new vehicle every 2 to 3 years. I or anybody I know would probably never classify car buying as a pleasant experience. Just the opposite unless they have had the wonderful car buying experience I had two weeks ago at Phillips Toyota. I walked in armed with my "homework", gloves on ready to fight. A short time later I drove home in a new Highlander with more upgrades than I expected, a better trade value on my car than I expected and a generous discount off MSRP. I love the car, I love the deal, I love the no pressure experience and I really "liked" my sales person. ("love" may not be politically correct. lol!) Way to go Phillips! More

He asked me come questions and from my answers and my additional input he knew just what I was looking for. Upon entering the dealership building, I was once again impressed! It looks good from the outside, but is awesome inside!! Everything about it is clean, sparkling and calming!! I have done business with a lot of auto dealers in my lifetime and none compare to this one. In fact, I have walked away from dealerships more than once! If they don't make me happy, I am gone!!
