Dishonest management all throughout the business. Went downhill fast after Greg left for Freedom Toyota. If you are in NEPA go to Motor world or another Toyota Dealership. Although Corporate Toyota isn't downhill fast after Greg left for Freedom Toyota. If you are in NEPA go to Motor world or another Toyota Dealership. Although Corporate Toyota isn't much better. They admitted they knew Scranton Toyota was lying to me and their answer was go to Motor world, thanks for the terrible experience. More

Couldn’t of been more impressed by the service my father and I received here! John Giordano was great with setting us up with the perfect vehicle. He was super friendly and professional.
