The way she handled the pricing of the car and trade in value was very professional and allowed us to movie forward with the purchase. Janet even took it a step further by having the car prepped and on the show room floor with a Big Red Bow as it was a Christmas present for my wife. I also have to say that finding out that the car came with free popcorn and car washes for life is a wonderful perk.. I will be replacing my car in the next couple of years and I will definitely be back to see Janet & Wilde. More

Janet was great to work with, very knowledgeable and went over everything in great detail. I don't know much about cars but she, in no way, ever made me feel stupid. She was very easy to work with and even came in on her day off to make the sale final! Everything went as smoothly as possible and was all ready for me when I arrived. Excellent experience! I had a wonderful experience at Wilde East Town Honda. As a first time car-buyer, and a reluctant one, at that, I was more than a little nervous about I had a wonderful experience at Wilde East Town Honda. As a first time car-buyer, and a reluctant one, at that, I was more than a little nervous about the whole process. I'd been putting it off and putting it off, mostly because I didn't want to have to deal with salespeople and being treated like a moron, either because of my age or because of my gender. However, it eventually came to the point where buying a car was a thing that needed to happen. Janet was wonderful! She didn't talk down to me at all, not even when I was asking for clarification on what I'm sure were very obvious points. It was very straightforward: when I said that I was interested in a Honda Fit, and only a Honda Fit, for the moment, that was what we worked with. Janet was great about explaining all of the options, and, when I opted for a "lower" option, did not push. At no point did I feel like I was being "upsold" anything; everyone was great about explaining why a particular upgrade would be good, but when I said no, they heard no and accepted it. Definitely far less awful than I was expecting, so far as to actually be a good experience! More

Brent Alexander was nice to work with in the Finance area. We had a bad experience years ago when buying a car and were very happy that it was not like this with Brent. He was helpful, good sense of humor and again, no high pressure. He informed us of some options we had never considered and ended up going with. Thanks! So glad to have a Honda dealer on this end of Madison!! Have used their service department for our 2006 Honda Odyssey and was very pleased!! Worked with Tony Hernandez. Easy to get an appointment right away, Had a car bring me to work and pick me up again at the end of the day. Very helpful. Of course, I won't be seeing the service department much because I just bought another Honda! More

She helped me pick out the Honda Accord and I absolutely love it. She was helpful, knowledgeable and at no time did I feel pressure to buy. She went through all the features on the car and had it all programmed for me when I picked it up. Eric helped Janet get the deal done. They both along with Honda credit went the extra mile to help me start rebuilding not only my life but my own credit Peter was very helpful. He explained all the paperwork throughly and didn't leave anything out. He was patient and understanding to my needs. I want to thank everyone at Wilde for making me feel like a customer and not just a number. Again. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
