Buying a car was a little nerve racking as I was starting out on my own again. Janet and everyone else understood that. They went above and beyond helping me. The best dealership out there Scott Jensen is the best car sales person out there. It was the first time I have ever been shopping for a car by myself. I had very specific requirements to a car, and Scott heard them all and helped me to find the best car to meet my needs. Additionally, he was able to help me with all other aspects of purchasing a car - insurance, logistics of dropping off the car I was using and picking up my new car from the dealership, picking up accessories, and so on. I didn't feel pushed or rushed at all, but as soon as I made my decision on which car I wanted everything was done so fast! Janet was very helpful filling out a financial application form, and Karen was fantastic with all the financial paperwork. Karen also helped me to choose the best maintenance plan that fits me the most. Everyone from a front desk person to the dealership owner have been so nice, friendly and respectful! As soon as I need a new car I choose WILDE again and I will most definitely recommend it to everyone I know. More

Eric responded with a question about our trade-in. After responding to the question. I had to put this trade-in on hold as a relative was interested in the car. Eric was very understanding. After finding out my niece was not interested in our car, we proceeded. Eric made a excellent counteroffer, which we accepted. Upon arrival at the dealership, Eric introduced us to Janet to close the deal. Janet went above and beyond what we expected. After a few pleasant surprises, the deal was done. Karen helped us with the paperwork, again everything went smoothly and pleasantly. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! We will be recommending Wilde Honda to our friends and relatives. More

Great people to work with! I really enjoyed my experience with Wilde Honda. This was the first time that I leased a car & everyone we dealt with helped us and made us feel like I really enjoyed my experience with Wilde Honda. This was the first time that I leased a car & everyone we dealt with helped us and made us feel like we got a great deal. I did most of my research on Truecar beforehand, and got a good quote & a quick response from Janet/Chad. They had a car that would fit our needs on the lot (CRV-EX) and we were able to take it for a quick test drive before making a decision. When the time came for financing, my fiancee and I ran into a little bit of a tight spot since we'll soon be graduating from school & our contracts don't start until two months from now. It's understandably difficult to get approved for credit if you don't have a current income but everyone went to bat for us & a couple of phone calls later we were approved. Janet, Steve, and Brent especially went out of their way to be helpful. Chad gave quick responses to my online queries & although we never met Eric, he was involved in helping get us approved. More

Purchase of 2012 Honda Crosstour When I came to terms with the fact that it was time to stop paying to repair my 2006 VW, I decided to turn back to Japanese engineering and possibly r When I came to terms with the fact that it was time to stop paying to repair my 2006 VW, I decided to turn back to Japanese engineering and possibly return to my roots as a Honda driver. My search began online and I found a few used Hondas in my price range that seemed appealing. When I stopped out at Wilde, I was approached by Janet while I walked the lot. She was warm and welcoming. When she realized I was looking for a used vehicle, she introduced me to Jerry, who helped to put me in a few vehicles that fit my parameters for some test driving. He was very conscious of what my budget was based on my responses, and seemed to be in tune with finding just the right car for me. His no pressure approach was appreciated. The following day, I brought my husband back to drive the two vehicles I was considering. The Crosstour was definitely it. We spent a few hours at the dealership on a Saturday, and everything from intake of my trade (I got a fair value for this as well), to the completion of the financing and the common sense approach of the finance manager I worked with was positive and smooth. I would have liked a little more wiggle room in negotiating the price of the car, but then again, who wouldn't like a "steal." More
