Failed to communicate a reason why we’re getting oil change soon message with 0% oil life when we still had at least 2500 miles before needing an oil change. They didn’t say they had checked the oil. When picking up the car at 6PM there was no paperwork or keys waiting at the cashier. Communication has always been poor when we bring cars in for service.
