Hawk Ford has elevated its customer service with great follow up and concerns during the process keeping each owner fully informed of the progress and areas that may need additional attention. The service tech actually gives you a video of your vehicle that he has serviced fully explaining what they encounter and recommendations moving forward. I truly recommend them if your looking for an honest and concerned staff to address the needs of the vehicle you use daily for you and your family More

Failed to communicate a reason why we’re getting oil change soon message with 0% oil life when we still had at least 2500 miles before needing an oil change. They didn’t say they had checked the oil. When picking up the car at 6PM there was no paperwork or keys waiting at the cashier. Communication has always been poor when we bring cars in for service. Still waiting to hear about parts for the recall for Ford Escapes. More
