DO NOT buy a used vehicle form Lou Fusz without first inspecting it by a professional!!! We purchased a used Nissan from Lou Fusz dealership and two days later the check engine light came on. I brought inspecting it by a professional!!! We purchased a used Nissan from Lou Fusz dealership and two days later the check engine light came on. I brought in the Nissan to get the diagnostics done to see why the engine light came on. Once the diagnostics were completed by the technician and he said it will need new plugs and coils and will cost me $1,150.00. I declined to pay for it and spoke with the Sales manager about the issue. I told him we just bought the car last week and Lou Fusz should take care of it free of charge. He said I bought the car ‘AS-IS’ and therefore, I will have to pay for it. It was not mentioned on your website that the sale is "AS-IS" and was never mentioned to me or my wife by Danielle Roemersberger (sales person). The finance person tried to upsell the warranty and we decided not to obtain it. Lou Fusz as a "reputable" company, we expected to have professional service and didn’t expect to get hacked/ deceived! We took the car to our trustworthy mechanic and received a $2500 quote to fix all the problems that should have been fixed by Lou Fusz before selling the car. In addition, our mechanic said the tires were in such bad shape, that there is no way it would pass inspection. I wonder where those fraudulent inspection papers we received from Lou Fusz came from? When I went back to ask for the General Sales Manager’s name, the store manager interrupted me and said “I’m the Store Manager and you can deal with me”! The Store Manager, Jared Kloempken, was extremely rude and disrespectful!!! Something was done to the car to turn off the check engine light; however, the problem was not corrected or disclosed. Tampering with the check engine light is fraudulent concealment, which is illegal. We were scheduled to bring the Kia Sorento (which we bought brand new from Lou Fusz in 2019) to service to take care of the ’Anti-Theft Device’. But since this bad experience, we cancelled the appointment. We no longer trust Lou Fusz as a reputable business and will not get our business going forward! More

Brian Schaeporketter was a great sales person. I trusted him immediately and that is why I went with Lou Fusz. The GM was unprofessional. He was so rude, accusing me of wrting/trying to pass a I trusted him immediately and that is why I went with Lou Fusz. The GM was unprofessional. He was so rude, accusing me of wrting/trying to pass a bad check as mine bounced despite me having 3x the amount to cover it. Ally Bank messed up. He got really aggressive with me on the phone. I think his name is jARED. It was the GM working on that day. Anyway, he yelled at me on 4/29/2023 and ordered me to bring him a check. It was a SAT and I have a virtual bank. I've never been talked to like that. He needs to see a mental health specialist for his anger issues. What a way to treat a customer that just paid $50k for a car. More

Beware vehicles aren’t checked to see if they should be wholesaled. 2 days after being bought check engine light came on. When checked I was told the car shouldn’t of been sold to you. It is leaking oil fr wholesaled. 2 days after being bought check engine light came on. When checked I was told the car shouldn’t of been sold to you. It is leaking oil from the front to the back. By the time anyone got back with me the parts had been ordered and a time was set up to be fixed. I was told we can’t pay for the car to be fixed by law, but we can pay for half, and that by law we only have to do a safety inspection. At this point there is no way I’m bringing a car back to the service dept. that overlooked such a major and expensive fix. When fixed the mechanic told me there is no way that car within 2 days exploded like that. When you go to a dealership and buy a car you do not expect to have this much issues rather new or used. You hope that it’s been checked to see if it should go to the public or not. That is not the case! Just be careful. More
