Sold me a defective car and won’t fix it because it’s cosmetic. Well if I know the car was like that I wouldn’t of bought it and waited for one that was made like it was suppose to. I don’t care if Ki cosmetic. Well if I know the car was like that I wouldn’t of bought it and waited for one that was made like it was suppose to. I don’t care if Kia won’t approve it… I bought it from you the dealer. You don’t have quality control? You don’t check the car before you sell it? Everyone I tell about the car is shocked and I made sure I told them where I bought it from. I drive Uber and everyone asks me about the car and I tell them my story and ask them why the dealership won’t spend the labor to fix it. They don’t understand either. More

Not happy with Kia… selling cars with defects and the company isn’t willing to spend the money on labor to reinstall.
