She helped us get into our vehicle incredibly quickly, made sure to answer any questions we had, and even helped us get the car cleaned and fixed when we had a terrible coffee spill less than 24 hrs after picking it up! The best part is that she did all of this for us without us needing to come to the dealership except to pick up and drop off the car. She is very accessible, knowledgeable, and polite. Highly recommend working with her, as well as with the rest of the great staff at Kundert Volvo. More

Scheduled Service I have been going to Kundert Volvo for over 20 years even tho I live in Manhattan. I bought my first Volvo from someone in Jersey who said he got qua I have been going to Kundert Volvo for over 20 years even tho I live in Manhattan. I bought my first Volvo from someone in Jersey who said he got quality service from Kundert & so I thought that was a good reason to stick with them. The one time my Volvo broke down while I was going home to Manhattan on the Thruway I asked to be towed to Manhattan Volvo because I had no way of getting home with the dog & my family from Jersey. I was so disappointed with the service in Manattan when they tried to fix the car lying to me telling me that it was the battery & I needed a new battery & then the car wouldn't start with the new battery. It took them a week to find the problem! I vowed I would never go to Manhattan Volvo although it is so much more convenient. Mike & Pete have always been the best guys taking care of me & now Mike Jr. is following in his Dad's footsteps! The new waiting area is fantastic & makes the minutes fly by while feeding us too! The young woman at the front desk was helpful as well greeting me when I came in offering drinks & snacks. More
