From start to finish the whole team was on it. Communicating was 100%. They did everything they said was going to happen and explained it step by step. Overall the Dealership is great. vive worked with Todd for about 14 years and purchased about 23-14 vehicles and also referred family and friends to him. Lately, the service dept. H vive worked with Todd for about 14 years and purchased about 23-14 vehicles and also referred family and friends to him. Lately, the service dept. Has been less than desirable when my wife brings in one of our vehicles. Tony has been somewhat rude to her on a couple occasions. This last service, to get a piece of the dashboard replaced, when she gave him the keys, he said see you in 5 days. When I set up the appt. The previous week, I told him she would be waiting for it. He didn't mention to me then, or her when she dropped it off that it would take 5 hours!!! There was NO communication to her while she was waiting either. Finally Todd noticed her still sitting there and went and told Ty. He was able to speed up the process some. Looking forward to seeing positive performance results from the service team with the addition of Jason and Ty to manage it. If there are no improvements, I will switch to a GMC dealer much closer to my residence More
