Warning light for all wheel drive and ABS went on plus car felt funny when I braked. I phone in and received an appointment in six days. Next day I went to Jason at the service desk and explained I do not car felt funny when I braked. I phone in and received an appointment in six days. Next day I went to Jason at the service desk and explained I do not feel safe driving the car. Jason took my car right away and gave me a ride home. Next day the car was repaired and I feel safe. Jason at the dealership kept me informed all along the way with the issues with my 2021 Yukon. Jason was very informative when I asked him questions about the problems. It did take a little bit longer than I expected. However, I know that these types of problems do not get fixed overnight. I have driven the vehicle since every day since I picked it up I just wanna make sure that nothing else is showing up no warning, lights and everything right now is functioning perfectly. More

Will never use their service department again. I regularly check my tire pressure #'s in the winter. I checked the morning of my oil change and tire rotation on 12/16, all numbers were working fin I regularly check my tire pressure #'s in the winter. After work was done, advisor indicates there's a problem with one of the TPMS sensors and it's $160 to replace. I later talk to service manager and his excuse is, well it could have been starting to fail when you brought it in. It was still working when I brought it in. More
