When my family experienced an accident and we had to purchase a new mini van, they helped us do that, including one in a timely fashion. This occurred not once, but twice. Many years later when driving to work was using up lots of gas per week, Jason, from the service department, suggested during a service visit that I look at a Hybrid for my next purchase. Jason made sure I was informed as to the benefits and reasons for switching to a Hybrid. I then spoke with Rick Kissner, from Sales, who had sold me a Sienna in the past, to show me the pluses about a Hybrid and helped guide my decision between a Highlander Hybrid and a Sienna Hybrid. A few test drives later and I had made a decision. Burnsville Toyota Sales and Service Departments work very well together to help customers make good decisions for their families and budgets.
