My apologies for any inconvenience. Without knowing the specifics I can say without question that if your issue was covered by the Toyota Manufacturer Warranty we would have completed the repair. Typically brakes aren't covered unless it is deemed a defect. If the warranty was with an extended warranty company the same applies. We at the dealership have no say so in determining their decision. I welcome a conversation to discuss the particulars if you are interested. Low tire. No appt. Was told it would be $82ish to fix. Said I had tire protection said still $82 I said it shouldn't be. He went back to desk re-did something No appt.
