She was not pleased at all when we didn’t use any of the extended warranty we had asked her to give us a paper on our warranties and she said I would get them when the car was delivered which however was not the truth also she put down another price for my down payment in which you now owe me $25.00. From start to finish the staff treated me like I was the only person at the dealership. Jason was prompt in answering my initial inquiry online. We set up an appointment for a test drive with NO intention of buying that day, but when I got there I saw a friendly face in my salesman, Steve Warren and his coworker Greg Cohen from a past encounter. Everyone was ready to help point me in the right direction. After my test drive I knew I wanted to purchase the vehicle and with Steve's help, along with Stephanie in the Finance Department we were able to reach an agreement, finalize the sale, AND find a great insurance quote by the end of the day. I was able to drive off the lot with my Certified Pre-Owned Tiguan before the end of business hours. I couldn't be happier with the effort that the entire Colonial Team put into making sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my buying experience.
