Not only is Colonial Medford's pricing spot on, but their staff is impressive. I worked with Steve Warren, Jason Giacoppo, and Stephanie Trevisone. All three were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Steve was very kind and easy to work with. After we agreed to a deal, he was super helpful in facilitating the closing details (getting the vehicle insured, registered with plates, finalizing a trade- all of the things that could have made for a big ordeal). Stephanie was also enthusiastic and efficient. It made the financing paperwork quick and painless. She was very good at breaking down options with visual aids, which I found especially helpful. Jason fielded my initial call and answered all of my questions about the vehicle. After the deal, he was able to expedite the trade-in process by instructing me through my paperwork questions. He set realistic timeline expectations, but definitely put in some extra legwork to finalize the trade as soon as possible. I really appreciate the time that the staff put in to end my-otherwise miserable (at other dealerships)- car buying experience on a positive note! I would recommend going to Colonial Volkswagen Medford and asking for Steve! More

For price negotiations I kept being handed a piece of paper with irrelevant info in order to confuse how much money I would ultimately spend, and on what. Sales guy was also confused. No benefit of a 'human touch' here as opposed to buying online. Not a terrible experience, just glad it's over and I have a new car. More
