Customer Service was Excellent!! Best experience in car buying that I have had in years! Saw the car I wanted on the 5 Star Ford website last Thursday. Called the dealership and spoke with Jason Howell. He said that he would have it pulled and waiting for me on Saturday. I wasn't able make it in on Saturday. Called him and told him that I would be in today. Went in this morning(Monday), picked it up, brought it home for my wife to see. Took it back and told him I wanted it. Whole process took less than 2 hours, including finance! Kudo's to Jason Howell, my sales guy and David Hill in finance!!! More

After we test drove the vehicle we told him we had to pick our son up from the airport and he worked very diligently and efficiently to complete the deal so we could be on our way. He was very knowledgable, efficient and friendly. The finance person was Anthony and was HANDS DOWN the BEST finance person we've ever worked with. He was honest and didn't try to sell us unnecessary packages. He was hilariously funny and we literally laughed the entire time we were in his office. I will never go to any other dealership again. Kudos to Five Star Ford for treating customers how we deserve to be treated!! For some reason I don't have the ability to actually rate Jason and Anthony but they are both definitely 5 stars! More

I have visited 5 Star NRH a few times in the process of looking for a truck. Each time I left I always felt I wanted to be able to purchase from them and finally I was able to do that. I never felt pressured and everything was upfront and honest ... no games!. Working with Jimmy in finance was great as well. He clearly explained everything to us and was even able to find a way to save us a little more on the purchase. Probably the best and fastest vehicle purchase I've ever had. More
