I started the car business in 2001 and was very proud to join Five Star Ford in 2009. I'm blessed with a wife and three girls who keep me sharp. We love hockey and attend as many Dallas Stars games as possible. When not watching hockey we enjoy movies and going to the park. My twin girls attend Haltom High and are in all PRE AP classes and excel in choir, art and color guard. My wife works at North Hills Hospital and is currently attending TCC. My youngest daughter is an aspiring princessand will attend kindergarten next fall. My wife and I also enjoy going to the gym weekly.

Very polite, listened to everything we had to say, took in information and gave us options according to our needs not just his. He did not waste our time one bit and kept the process going smoothly. I have never had this experience before, I was so happy I called Five Star Ford I will never step foot at another dealer ship. They wanted us to ask questions and they wanted to answer them. I received calls the next day just to tell me thank you and if I had any other questions they would be there for me. I think everyone there deserves a raise! Replacing My Ford Edge I have always purchased my vehicles in Arlington Tx at Texan Ford (now known as AutoNation). Two Years ago we decided to go to 5 star and purchase a 2 I have always purchased my vehicles in Arlington Tx at Texan Ford (now known as AutoNation). Two Years ago we decided to go to 5 star and purchase a 2015 Ford Edge. Jason Howell helped us and it was a great experience. Last January 2017 I was hit from behind and my edge was totaled. The impact was so hard my divers seat broke. Thankfully I was not hurt but I had only had my Edge 14 months and all the equity I had in it was gone. I didn't have a down payment so I started looking for a used edge to replace the one I had. As soon as I would find one and call on it was being looked at or papers were signed that morning. I had called 5 start used cars and spoke to Juan and I told him the one I lost I had bought from them and Jason helped me. He said he would look and get back to me. to my surprise a few hours later Jason called me. He said he heard what happened and they would get me in a car. He texted me pictures of one and it just wasn't what I wanted. So Friday 02/11/2017 I Showed up at the dealership around 3:00PM and I was out by 5 with the perfect car. I have never had such an easy purchase. My payments are a little higher and I needed gap insurance but I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. I will never buy another vehicle from another dealership. Thank you so much for your wonderful staff..... More
