Easy way to get what I wanted at the price I wanted it i have been looking for a particular truck for a few months off and on. Yesterday I had an appointment with another dealer but I kept searching on-lin i have been looking for a particular truck for a few months off and on. Yesterday I had an appointment with another dealer but I kept searching on-line. The truck I was looking for was on the Five Star website. I emailed an inquiry and got a fast response. Later in the morning I went to look at it with Jason Howell. He showed me the truck, let me take a test drive (by myself). A couple of hours later I drove away in my new truck at a price I was fine with. And he threw in trailer brakes. The finance guy, "tut" Edwards was equally as easy to deal with. More

First Jason was an excellent sales person, helping us figure out what we needed in an auto without pressuring us to purchase any specific model. He provided solid information on each car we talked about and looked out so we could make up our mind. He is highly recommended to anyone looking for an auto. Tut Edwards worked with us on the finance side of things and came up with a good plan, reasonable rates and efficient process. We certainly can recommend him to anyone who needs help with financing. Being older folks our credit is more established so it more of a tuning to get us the best deals possible. He was professional, courteous and efficient. I don't think you can ask for more. He is an asset to 5 Star Ford. More

Return Customer I just purchased a vehicle from 5star ford. I called Jason Friday evening at about 6 from a restruant I was having dinner at and asked about a vehicle I just purchased a vehicle from 5star ford. I called Jason Friday evening at about 6 from a restruant I was having dinner at and asked about a vehicle, he said he usually gets off at 6 but he would stay if I wanted to come out to see the vehicle. I did and he waited for me, ( I was going out of town Monday for a couple of weeks and was too busy to go out to buy a vehicle Saturday and the big rebates were ending Monday ). When I got to the dealership he had pulled the vehicle I was interested in up front. We drove it and made a deal that night. Jason and 5 star are my goto salesperson and dealership when I need a new vehicle. I keep returning to Jason and 5 star because I get treated fairly and they go out of their way to help me by doing things like staying late to accommodate me. I just purchased my 5th vehicle from them. The service center is also great. More

Jason Howell was excellent to work with for my new Ranger! Jason was always available and very prompt when I had questions, because I ordered a truck and had to wait for delivery.
