I was a Police Officer for almost 10 years, which I will always miss, but being home with my wife and kids is important to me and being a part of the Ferman team allows me to do that.

Ferman Amazing staff. Went to go get my jeep serviced and was greeted by several staff members. I worked with Jason, and was extremely professional. Jason th Amazing staff. Went to go get my jeep serviced and was greeted by several staff members. I worked with Jason, and was extremely professional. Jason then told me about the service lounge and I was able to stay there until my vehicle was finished. Ferman offers several amenities to include tv, video games, wifi, coffee and donuts. Once my vehicle was finished, I received a text message and a staff member came into the lounge to get me. Would highly recommend to others. More

Jamie said to keep the appointment so that they can first see why it came on, and then to clear it to see what the problem was and how ro correct it for the future. Just bought from Chrysler Waited five minutes at the door with no line, and no one acknowledged. Two employees were working and the others where looking past me like they do not work there and browsing on the computer, “appeared to be, AUTOTRADER”. Been a dodge fan for awhile with no issues, but sure surprised on this one. More

Too Automated While I embrace technology, it's not a substitute for communication and customer service. After getting our Jeep serviced we received numerous emails While I embrace technology, it's not a substitute for communication and customer service. After getting our Jeep serviced we received numerous emails and text messages, we responded, but received nothing back. I called and left voice mail 3 times asking for a confirmation that service was done, the Jeep was detailed and the amount of final bill. I asked about one of the engine light issues but received only a vague explanation and we chose not to address it. After hearing nothing about the final invoice we went to the dealership. We walked into the service department and waited 5 minutes to be greeted - we were the only customers in there, but 3 employees (2 of which were having a discussion) and one who was looking at his computer, could not even be bothered to look at us and say "hey folks be with you in a minute." As small business owners we understand busy. We don't understand this. More
