The salesman Bora was wonderful but he had to leave early to his wife birthday and left me with another salesman and manager and took 4 hours to resolve so issues with another I had pick up . The car had transmission problems so they had to change me to another car and wanted more down payment and higher payment the service was long 5 hours in dealer shop . If they want my business next time they should reward me because 700 lease for a use 300 c was not best price. More

I bought a 2020 S560 on Dec. 29, 2023 January 18, 2024: Car went back for 1st repair to fix a chip in rear spoiler and fix the issue that the engine cover is missing. However, the dealer told me that I need to make another appointment to comeback to fix the gas door. January 30, 2024, there was a second repair needed for the same issues. As of now, March 5, the car is not ready yet for me to pickup. The wait is too long to fix a car that I just bought. If the car is not ready to be sold, it should not be for sale. This is taking a long time and not a Mercedes standard. This is unacceptable. More
