BEWARE! !!! I originally contacted Mercedes Benz of West Covina online, and I was connected with Ruby Li. She introduced herself as a “online sales manager” !!! I originally contacted Mercedes Benz of West Covina online, and I was connected with Ruby Li. She introduced herself as a “online sales manager” but with further research on their website I noticed that she was just an ordinary sales associate. I had already gotten an amazing quote from Mercedes Benz House Of Imports. But, Ruby Li kept on calling me and I decided to answer, she told me that the deal I received will be beaten. She put me on the phone with her “manager” which was another ordinary sales associate with no power at all. They claimed that the deal I received will be guaranteed to be beaten if I had come in person. The deal in particular was on a 2023 Mercedes Amg Glc Coupe. House Of Imports offered $4000 down, $990 monthly, for a term of 36 months. When I came into Mercedes Benz Of West Covina they showed me their 2023 Mercedes Amg Glc Coupe, and one was exactly the same. But, the deal which they guaranteed they would beat was actually $6000 down, $1381 monthly, for a term of 36 months. I got upset because they wasted much of my time, and in the end they weren’t able to beat the quote I had originally received. Also, the sales manager there treats their staff like actual xxxx. I was disgusted in the way they treated me and their staff. In conclusion, just stay away from here and go else where. There is a reason why they are not able to sell many cars, when compared to the rest of the Mercedes dealerships in Southern California. More
