Lauren was wonderful during my recent car purchase! Honestly it was such a smooth transaction. She went over the entire car with me - even sitting it the back so I could get a feel of the leg space. She made sure the car was detailed from top to bottom and that any concerns were addressed before moving onto financing. She was very personable and made sure I was taken care of from the very start! I know that even after my purchase if I have any questions she would be happy to help me! Another thank you goes to Cody in finance who really took the time to find me a great interest rate and a payment I would be comfortable with. He explained all my options and didn't pressure me into "extras" I wasn't interested in. He was very friendly - and answered any and all questions I had before I signed the purchase agreement. I had a great experience at Flood Mazda. The dealership itself is very open and clean with a lot of floor models to look at. Social distancing and masks were enforced and they even had bottles of hand sanitizer to use and take home. I worked with Lauren Bush who made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. She is friendly, genuinely loves Mazda, and communicated quickly and effectively. We bought a car at port and were told that it would arrive in a week or two, but then the dealership worked hard to cut that time down and we drove it home two days later. We got a great price on the vehicle and they didn't try to oversell us at all on extras. Really this was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. More

They were incredibly attentive and helpful, not leaving me waiting at all! At the end of my visit, there was no pressure to buy a car that day. They even told me how frequently cars came in and what their stock looked like so I could wait it out if I preferred. Ultimately, I came back a few days later to get the car I wanted, but I really appreciated their patience and how willing they were to share information with me throughout the process. More
