This place is wicked wonderful. From the sales department to the service. When I lost all hope of getting a new car back in 2019. Since then I’ve been there every time I need an oil change and other services such as the most recent, windshield replacement. Steve Furtado (who has haloed me multiple times) is wicked awesome because besides providing me great service services like oil changes, he was able to help me get my windshield replaced at such a great price. So, I’m super thankful for his help. Steve is very professional, down to earth, personable, genuine, and always has my back in providing the best service possible. There is no other place I can ever think of going to except to Flood Mazda. I look forward to my next car purchase and services from there. I am truly Flood Mazda for life. More

By far the best car dealership experience I have had. Starting with Jason over the phone amazing customer service! Super personable and actually listened to what I was looking for! When we arrived at the dealership a few days later immediately we were greeted with the warmest welcome from the manager Russel. And finally led to our incredible down to earth not super salesy (if that’s a word!) sales man Justice! Talk about a laid back relaxing experience! Not only did we leave with what we wanted because of Jason and Justice but we didn’t have the haggle our way to get there. Lastly, finishing everything up with Cody in the finance department was the cherry on top. Very efficient yet personable! Thank you all so much for listening to the customer for once.
