Really disappointing experience. After reaching out to the dealer based upon a price quoted on their website that indicate a “dealer discount” it turned out they lumped incentives and rebates and did not the dealer based upon a price quoted on their website that indicate a “dealer discount” it turned out they lumped incentives and rebates and did not break out properly. There was no disclosure and their site only allows for typographical errors. Unfortunate because I was ready to lease the car at the quoted price from their website. Especially troubling was the lack of follow up from the dealer via email and being told to “slow down” when going over the particular details that are common with a lease. While visiting the dealer, the manager yelled at me the price on their website was only if I was willing to buy but not lease. Definitely didn’t look like that according to their website. No incentives or rebates are mentioned in the dealer discount section and they in fact quote other incentives and rebates available in a manner that the consumer would believe could be combined. I was hoping in the time of COVID to avoid any more unpleasantness in my life but I suppose car dealers do not feel the need to adapt their sales practices to ensure a smooth experience can be had. More

My New Mazda I recently purchased a 2020 MX5 RF and dealt with Anthony, Cody and Jason. This was the best new car purchasing experience I have ever had! I was tre I recently purchased a 2020 MX5 RF and dealt with Anthony, Cody and Jason. This was the best new car purchasing experience I have ever had! I was treated in a super friendly, low pressure manner, it truly felt like I was dealing with friends and not strangers. I drove over 200 miles one way to purchase my car from Flood Mazda and the total mileage from start to finish with this purchase (800 miles) was well worth it. Obviously specific inventory led me to Flood Mazda but once here the way I was treated was a HUGE bonus. The car I purchased was a bit of a 'unicorn' and that fact could have driven the price up, but to their credit the 'guys' at Flood Mazda offered a fair purchase price. My only regret now is that it will be too far to have my new MX5 serviced at Flood Mazda. If their service department is only half as responsive, professional and responsive as their sales department there is no way anyone could go wrong with purchasing from Flood Mazda! Thanks again, time to 'drop the top' and go for a ride! More

Friendly staff and great service I have been a customer of Flood Mazda since 2011. I have purchased 3 vehicles. 2011 Miata, 2013 Miata, and 2019 CX5. I have had all 3 vehicles serv I have been a customer of Flood Mazda since 2011. I have purchased 3 vehicles. 2011 Miata, 2013 Miata, and 2019 CX5. I have had all 3 vehicles serviced for oil, brakes, etc. During my last visit , I was concerned because of the pandemic. I was so happy that all the precautions were taken, chairs spaced, masks worn, and the service guy sent me a video to my phone showing me what he was doing and why. They are the BEST! More

New Car Purchased I purchased a Used/New car from Flood Mazda this week. The Vehicle was a 2020 Mazda CX9 with less than 2800 miles on it. The service I received was I purchased a Used/New car from Flood Mazda this week. The Vehicle was a 2020 Mazda CX9 with less than 2800 miles on it. The service I received was outstanding and everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. the process was easy and I drove my new car home that night. Dave Corrigan was my sales person with the help of Jason Guilbault and Cody Harvey made the process seamless. The building is new and the the waiting area for service was clean. I look forward to dealing with Flood Mazda and their team on my next service appointment and for any concerns or questions I may have in the future with my new Mazda CX9. More
