Car buying in a Pandemic. I never pictured myself buying a car in the middle of a pandemic but Flood made it so easy to do so. I never even had to leave my house. Jason and Nick made accommodations for the car to be brought to my home for a test drive. When Nick arrived he was wearing the proper PPE and wiped down the vehicle for me to take a drive. Nick was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He told me that he also drives a Mazda CX-5 and you could tell he was passionate about his work. After Jason and I worked out the financials, we scheduled the delivery of my new CX-5. Nick once again brought it right to my home and went through the whole car with me, once again, very knowledgable and able to answer all questions I had about the vehicle. He did forget the spare key, which is understandable, given that it is not business as usual in these circumstances. However, he brought it up to me the next day on his way home. Nick made me feel at ease and comfortable with my purchase. More

We were well taken care of for financing by Cody, we remember him when he was a salesman when we bought our first car from Flood Mazda. This is our third car that we have bought from them and our daught remember him when he was a salesman when we bought our first car from Flood Mazda. This is our third car that we have bought from them and our daughter will probably replace her Mazda 3 from them also, she has dealt with Steve on her Mazda 3 trouble when she bought it in and they were very honest in trying to find the problem. If we weren't happy with the dealership we wouldn't drive a hour to them and would deal with two other Mazda dealers that are 20 minutes from us. More

Great experience buying first Mazda / first CPO vehicle Was shopping for a pre-owned CX-5 for my son and after contacting several MA and RI dealers who had cars that "fit the bill", made Flood our first (an Was shopping for a pre-owned CX-5 for my son and after contacting several MA and RI dealers who had cars that "fit the bill", made Flood our first (and last) stop. Anthony and Jason were both extremely professional and easy to deal with. The 2017 CX-5 they had was very clean, well-maintained and priced right. The whole purchase experience (including test drive, agreeing to final price, financing and delivery of the vehicle) was painless and took less than 2 hours. I was extremely pleased with the delivery process for a couple reasons: i) the day we test-drove the vehicle, I noticed some wax residue on the fender trims and a smudge on the headliner, which I asked to have cleaned up before delivery and both items were taken care of, and ii) I requested copies of Flood's service records on the vehicle, all of which were ready and provided at time of delivery. In summary, it was a great buying experience from start to finish and we got a great vehicle at a reasonable price - can't ask for more!! Kudos to Anthony and Jason and the entire Flood team. More

Phil was very helpful and realized that I wanted a certain car, so he went back to try to lower my payment. Phil also took the time to show me all the new features in the 2020 car.
