However, we sincerely apologize for the issues that followed. The additional work you scheduled was to be completed through a third-party partner, and unfortunately, they did not pick up the vehicle as agreed. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have your vehicle sit for several hours without any updates. We also want to apologize for the lack of communication during that time. Your original salesperson was out of the office that week, which contributed to the breakdown in communication, but we recognize that this is not the level of service you should expect from us. Your experience does not reflect our standards, and we are taking this as an opportunity to improve our coordination and communication moving forward. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention
