Inept EV technicians could not diagnose the problem with my battery. Claimed there were no issues. Made me feel like a criminal just trying to prove to them that I had an issue. Luke is a moron - his manage my battery. Claimed there were no issues. Made me feel like a criminal just trying to prove to them that I had an issue. Luke is a moron - his manager Jason had to step in and help because Luke was going to give my car back without fixing the problem. Jason helped but then when he gave me the car back there was a gaping hole in the back seat where techs forgot to reinstall a panel after doing maintenance. Terrible service and service center More
