Bait and Switch Criswell Chevrolet overall is a great Dealership, attentive, Customer friendly and aiming to please, except for one Employee Mike Furman, I have know Criswell Chevrolet overall is a great Dealership, attentive, Customer friendly and aiming to please, except for one Employee Mike Furman, I have known Mike for a while and have always liked him. So of course when I decided to buy another Corvette I dialed up Mike. I visited their Sister store in Thurmont MD. to get an idea on price. I was always looking for a 1LZ with a PDR as I have always been about performance not Luxury. I got 2 prices from Thurmont $68000 and $69500. the only difference in the 2 was the PDR, I called Mike and he said that had the same car as the $69500 car at Thurmont but his was better appointed., Well if your charging the customer $4000 extra dollars for basically the same car it better be worth it. I asked if his car (The Sebring Orange car) which was my color choice and had the same amenities was in stock..So taking him at his word I buy the car, it turns out it DOES NOT have a PDR in it and I feel Bamboozled!! But Jason Witte saved the day and was able to make me a fair deal that we both could live with! Awesome job by Jason complete failure on the part of Furman. More

We (my husband, myself, and my mom) stepped into the showroom, and were IMMEDIATELY and warmly welcomed by C.J, our awesome Sales consultant who greeted us with a friendly hand shake and a willingness to help us right away. We had specific car in mind for my mom, that we saw online, and he was more and happy to help us. Next, Jason the Sales manager, also greeted us right away, with a warm and friendly hello despite being very busy. We felt right at home at Criswell. They did all they could do to get us a fair and honest trade-in for the vehicle we brought with us. Steve the Finance manager walked us through every item and detail with our finance paperwork and never rushed us even though there were several people waiting after us. That meant a lot. He was super professional and very personable. They all took pride in the dealership they worked for and it showed in the work they did. C.J. was top notch because he always made sure to provide excellent care for us even though he had another customer he was working with while he was working with us. However, you would have NEVER known that because, not once did we feel neglected or wonder what was going on. He took the time to explain all the features of my mom's new car to her and made sure my Chevy Link email account was set up correctly prior to leaving the dealership. He even called customer service with us when we had an issue with my email to ensure it got resolved. He took care of EVERY detail of our new car experience and that made all the difference. This is a dealership that VALUES their customers and truly understands how treat people right! Troy Yates was one of the few who replied back with a straightforward quote without any outrageous add-ons. He was super informative and patient throughout my search, and always got back to me quickly. Once I was ready to come in and talk, Troy already had the truck pulled out front and ready for a test drive. When it came time to negotiations, it literally took minutes and not hours. Troy worked with Jason to get me the price I wanted for both my trade and my new truck. I had to come back the next day to pick up the truck since I had arranged my own financing and even though Troy couldn't be there, he made sure the truck was in perfect condition and ready to roll. He also made sure that his co-worker Seth would handle any last minute details or questions I had. This was easily my best new car buying experience! More
