We had a very unfortunate experience with dealership. We were promised Lojack at deal closing by Megan. First They kept delaying activating it for over a month. Then Javiar called for Lojack serial from We were promised Lojack at deal closing by Megan. First They kept delaying activating it for over a month. Then Javiar called for Lojack serial from under hood. We provided that thinking its being activated finally. Unfortunately, we got a call few days later, that we must have misunderstood, they wont activate it. Can you believe it, we have Lojack installed but not activated? They are refusing to honor the promise. More
