I cannot say enough good things about Northside Lexus. I am a return customer and will most likely be back again. No junk fees, no haggling. They took the vehicle that I bought in on a trade. When they put this vehicle on the lot to sell, they had replaced the brakes, all four tires and performed the complete 40,000 mile service on the vehicle. Impressively ultra professional. Donnie and Javier were absolutely professional in each and every aspect of their interactions on the phone, texting, pre and post sale. I would highly recommend either one of these gentlemen to work with on your purchase from Northside Lexus. More

My salesman was not good. I called the dealership knowing which car I wanted and was assigned to Javier Calderon. I scheduled my test drive and when I arrived he wasn’t very k I called the dealership knowing which car I wanted and was assigned to Javier Calderon. I scheduled my test drive and when I arrived he wasn’t very knowledgeable about the car. He didn’t explain many of the features and he didn’t even know much about what’s included in the L/certified program. Additionally, I’m upset with the communication - it was bad. I signed paperwork and arranged my down payment. I left my car at the dealership that day because Javier explained there would be a touch-up guy the next day that could take care of a scratch on the car. We agreed to 3pm and he didn’t meet me there. On top of that, he waited til I arrived to the dealership to let me know that the touch-up guy called in that day and it couldn’t ve fixed… I was very upset especially knowing that I live 45 minutes away. I wasted a trip. This is not the experience I would’ve expected from Northside Lexus. If it wasn’t because I love my car, I definitely would not have given Javier the sale. More
