The vehicle was listed at a certain price but for some reason they increased that price on the purchase and sale agreement without any explanation. When I got home to look at the inspection report because it was making a loud noise in reverse, it wasn’t there. I called and found out, one was never done. They did get me in right away when they realized that this had not been completed. I really like my car but I don’t know if I would go back to this dealership. You want to feel like you were taken care of from the beginning. I definitely don’t feel like that happened at all. More

I also found mold growing in the vehicle after i was told a thorough detail and inspection was completed. Also had a windshield wiper come off in the managers hand after I had been driving around all day in the rain wondering why it was making so much noise. They took possession of my vehicle for over 50 days only to give it back to me and the check engine light came on 15 minutes after leaving the dealership. Now they are refusing to fix the vehicle and stating that they have went above and beyond for me, however the original issue still exists.
