This was our first Toyota purchase and we were extremely pleased with the sales team, particularly Carmen Reyes. My wife had a specific color in mind that was not currently on their lot but that did not st pleased with the sales team, particularly Carmen Reyes. My wife had a specific color in mind that was not currently on their lot but that did not stop Carmen, she worked her magic and was able to provide us the car we wanted. My salesperson Charlie was really nice. Not pushy but I was not certain for there were a few problems with the Rav 4, recalls.
