I love cars but hate the car buying experience. This was not the case here. I made 1 call to Javier at Empire Toyota. I told him what I was looking for, and they had the vehicle there the NEXT DAY This was not the case here. I made 1 call to Javier at Empire Toyota. I told him what I was looking for, and they had the vehicle there the NEXT DAY for a very fair price. Javier Munoz in finance together with Yoelis Fernandez in sales made this experience very pleasant. The entire process was smooth, and transparent. I have always been a Toyota customer, but now will always be an Empire Toyota customer because of the way these two gentlemen handled this transaction. Very happy customer here!! More

Start to finish, this dealership went over and above my expectations. No pressure, friendly atmosphere. They even drove the vehicle I purchased to my house, so I didn't have to come back! It was not around expectations. No pressure, friendly atmosphere. They even drove the vehicle I purchased to my house, so I didn't have to come back! It was not around the block, as I live 15 miles away! I bought a used vehicle. My salesman Yoelis immediately provided the carfax on the vehicle I was looking at, which creates piece of mind in making decisions. Best of all, Empire Toyota has no hidden fees on all of its vehicles. The general manager Stephen, and finance team were also outstanding.They really look to take the stigma out of the car buying process. Very happy. More

My salesperson Leslie Sandoval made buying this truck easy. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, she expedited every aspect of the process without ever feeling rushed.
