JAVER DESERVES A RAISE! Over Labor Day weekend, my 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy was being driven to Las Vegas from San Gabriel Valley. There was an odd noise, shake at front brakes whenever applied gently or hard. Called the Hyundai Puente Hills dealership. Asked for Javer my prior aervice technician and left a voicemail. He called me a few hours later and thought it was warped front brakes. Scheduled an appointment. The appointment was Tuesday after Labor Day (holiday Monday) and Javer looked up my warranty and mileage, rotors covered. He gave us a heads up. Half his service techs called in sick and perhaps may need to leave the car overnight. The service needed was for warped front brake rotors. However, it was completed by early afternoon, washed and picked up. Been driving great since then. More
