Service at Puente Hills Hyundai is always a good experience. I switched over from Downey Hyundai as their customer service felt subpar compared to here. Oil change service was quick and easy. Howeve experience. I switched over from Downey Hyundai as their customer service felt subpar compared to here. Oil change service was quick and easy. However, the bulk of my experience was having a cosmetic repair done for my 2021 Elantra. There were some delays as the part that was ordered kept coming in damaged. However, Javer and Jay did a great job in keeping me updated and letting me know what was going on. I truly believe that communication is key to good customer service and Javer and Jay had excellent just that. So even though the repair process took a lot longer than I had anticipated(due to the damaged parts) I was very happy with my experience. I will keep coming back here ! More
