My husband and I made an appointment online for Dec. 30th. We were running behind and got there around 2pm to test drive the 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. The manager immediately introduced us to Justin Reyes. 30th. We were running behind and got there around 2pm to test drive the 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. The manager immediately introduced us to Justin Reyes. Justin was young and enthusiastic. He listened and assisted us for our test drive. When we started discussing the car, Justin listened to what we had to say and went to get his approval without delay. He is an adventurous spirit and a pleasure to speak with and he will go far in life. Our entire deal, including a trade in and financing, was just under 3 hours and we felt we got everything we needed. Javier was quick and efficient. Love his computer!
